Our structure

We adopt a tiered structure that ensures every student is given a chance to lead, shine and contribute.

Under this tiered structure, some avenues where students can exhibit their leadership potential is by being a Student Leader or a Peer Support Leader.

Student Leaders

Under guidance from experienced teachers, pupils hone and sharpen their leadership skills with each other during discussion sessions aided by technology.

Then, they apply the leadership skills and work together to contribute to their community.

Student Leaders' Investiture 2024

Peer Support Leaders

Peer Support Leaders show care and concern to their classmates and support them in times of difficulty.

They rally their classmates together to show their appreciation to their community too.
