Vision
To nurture pupils who are physically fit and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Teaching Approach
The PE programme aims to develop students in the 3 main domains of psychomotor, cognitive and affective.
The lower primary PE programme focuses on the acquisition of fundamental motor skills such as locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative skills, as well as movement concepts to develop students into effective, efficient and versatile individuals.
In the upper primary, the PE programme extends into the acquisition and development of combination skills, sequences of movements and application of game concepts across different sports and games.

Key Programmes
P5 & P6 Swimsafer Programme
The P5 & P6 Swimafer took place in Term 1 and Term 2 this year at Yio Chu Kang Swimming Complex and Sengkang Swimming Complex respectively. Through the 8 weeks programme, students learnt about different swimming techniques, first aid skills related to swimming and developed swimming confidence conducted by carefully selected Swimming Coaches.

P5 Outdoor Adventure Camp 2023
The P5 Outdoor Adventure Camp took place at Changi Coast Outdoor Adventure Learning Centre (OALC) in April this year. This was the first camp since the merger and also with the resumption of height based activities e.g abseiling, rock climbing etc. The students enjoyed the outdoor activities immensely which were designed to help them to appreciate nature, build camaraderie with their peers and develop resilience in the 3 day 2 night camp.

Recess Play
Recess Play resume this year with the relaxation of Safe Management Measures. Students get to choose to play various games available e.g. Football, Basketball and catching.

Sports Education Program (SEP)
The Sports Education Program (SEP) aims to expose students to a variety of sports not included in the PE syllabus. It is conducted once a year for each level as part of the post-exam activities to encourage students to learn beyond classroom PE lessons. The SEP helps generate interest in students and teaches them basic skills required to play the various sports.

P6 Sports Education Programme (SEP) - Dragon Boating
As part of the P6 post-exam activities, our students embarked on an exhilarating adventure at the Kallang Basin, dragon boating alongside their teachers. The excitement in the air was palpable as they navigated the water during this 2 hour program, laughing and cheering each other on, forging unforgettable memories together.

P4 Sports Education Programme (SEP) - Inline Skating
The excitement was palpable as during the Primary 1 (2025) Orientation event, a special occasion designed to help our youngest students settle in and feel at home. The event gave our new P1 students the chance to explore their classrooms, meet their teachers, and begin to make new friends.

Jump Jam
The Jump Jam Programme is conducted once a term with the aim of promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students and staff. Each session will last for approximately 15 minutes, with different genres of music used, from the latest and popular upbeat pop and hip-hop tunes to soothing and calming Asian rhythms. Selected students were also given the opportunity to lead the school during the sessions. The Jump Jam Programme enabled everyone, from students to School Leaders, to exercise together in a fun and exciting manner.
